Our debut game · Out now on PC
Stadium Dogs
One inherited cart. One stadium season.
A suspiciously finite number of buns.
Buy stock. Set prices. Pray the weather report isn’t lying. Then watch an entire stadium judge your business instincts in real time.
Business is
ruff.
Grandpa has handed you the keys to his old hot dog cart, presumably because retirement has finally taught him something. Study the fixture, call your suppliers, set the prices and commit to a plan before the gates open.
Then watch the crowd arrive and discover whether your clever business strategy was clever, or whether you have accidentally ordered 400 buns and twelve hot dogs.
- Solo or 2-player local co-op
- Turn-based management
- 12+ fixture season
- PC / Steam

01
Plan together
Split the responsibilities, compare questionable forecasts and politely debate who is about to ruin the shared cash balance.

02
Watch it unfold
Every fixture is a short animated simulation where weather, crowds and your alarming condiment policy collide.

03
Build the cart
Turn a wheezing family cart into a stadium institution through better equipment, faster service and decisions Grandpa may regret enabling.
Make the call.
♥Blame the weather.

In development
Two kids.
One broken ship.
A real-time spaceship combat and exploration roguelike for solo or two-player co-op. Keep a ramshackle ship alive, build an unlikely crew and follow a mysterious signal that might lead back to Earth. If the ship explodes, the recovery chamber has opinions.

Different worlds.
Built side by side.
Same Side Studio is an independent Australian game studio built around a simple idea: the best things happen when people create, play and solve problems together.
Not every game we make will be co-op. Every game will be full of meaningful choices, expressive systems and the sort of moments you want to tell someone about immediately afterwards.

Latest notes

The gates are open
How a battered cart, a shared ledger and one stadium season became our first game.

Why summer 1987?
Radios, rotary phones, paper ledgers and a time when weather forecasts could be wrong without sending a push notification.

A signal beyond the stadium
Our next world trades hot dogs for hostile stars. Inventory management remains emotionally complicated.
